Glazed and Confused started out in June 2020 in Roundhay, Leeds.
Our founder Lianne has worked in the street food and hospitality business for years. Her most recent Belgian waffle business ‘Sugar Spun Sisters’ has previously popped up all over the North of England from Pedlar in Sheffield to Grub in Manchester and Eat North in Leeds.
With live music and street food events on hold in many areas, Glazed and Confused started out as a way to keep on providing hand-made sweet treats, but via local delivery.
After perfecting her recipe for egg and dairy-free waffles in her previous business, Lianne has launched Glazed and Confused Donuts with an all-vegan menu.
